O Prophet, say to thy wives and daughters and the believing women, that they draw their veils close to them; so it is likelier they will be known, and not hurt. God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease (evil desire for adultery, etc.), and those who spread false news among the people in AlMadinah, cease not, We shall certainly let you overpower them, then they will not be able to stay in it as your neighbours but a little while. 60 Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering. 61 Such has been God's way with those who [sinned in like manner and] passed away aforetime - and never wilt thou find any change in God's way! 62 The people will ask you about the Hour. Say: 'The knowledge of it is with Allah alone, what makes you to know that the Hour is near' 63 Lo! Allah hath cursed the disbelievers, and hath prepared for them a flaming fire, 64 therein to abide beyond the count of time: no protector will they find, and none to bring them succour. 65 Upon the day when their faces are turned about in the Fire they shall say, 'Ah, would we had obeyed God and the Messenger! 66 And they shall say: 'Our Lord, We obeyed our masters and our eminent ones, but they misled us from the way. 67 Our Lord, mete out to them a double chastisement and lay upon them a mighty curse.” 68
