▼ 74 The Hidden Secret
Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
By the moon, 32 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 33 And [by] the morning when it brightens, 34 surely it is one of the greatest things 35 A warning unto humankind 36 to whoever among you desires to go forward, or lag behind. 37 Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, 38 Save those who will stand on the right hand. 39 In Gardens; they shall be asking, 40 About the guilty: 41 “What drove you to Hell?” 42 They will answer: “We were not among those who observed Prayer, 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 and we plunged along with the plungers, 45 "And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 until the inevitable event overtook us.” 47 The intercession of the intercessors will be of no benefit to them. 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 As if they were startled donkeys – 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 In fact every one of them wants to be given open books (like the prophets). 52 No! They do not fear the Hereafter -- 53 No! Indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder 54 Let him then who heeds remember it. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
