Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Verily We! We have sent it down on the night of Power. 1 Would that you knew what the Night of Destiny is! 2 The Night of Destiny is better than a thousand months: 3 in it the angels and the Spirit descend, by the leave of their Lord, upon every command. 4 It is peace till the dawning of the day. 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
