It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 It is He Who gives life and causes death, and He holds mastery over the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand this? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They say: When we are dead and have become (mere) dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say: "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme?" 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 God has not taken to Himself a son, nor is there any other deity besides Him; otherwise, each god would have walked away with what he had created. They would surely have tried to overcome one another. Glory be to God, above all that they ascribe to Him. 91 The Knower of the unseen and the seen, so may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him). 92
