And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me." 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
