BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 not the speech of a poet. Little do you believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 (This is) a Message sent down from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would have seized him by the right hand, 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
