And verily, the dwellers of Al-Hijr (the rocky tract) denied the Messengers. 80 We gave them Our signs, but they turned away from them. 81 notwithstanding that they had been wont [to enjoy Our blessings and] to hew out dwellings from the mountains, [wherein they could live] in security 82 But they were seized by the mighty blast towards the morning; 83 that they earned did not avail them. 84 And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness. 85 Indeed your Lord only is the Great Creator, the All Knowing. 86 We have indeed given you the seven oft-repeated (examples), and the majestic Qur'an. 87 Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers 88 and say: "Behold, I am indeed the plain warner [promised by God]! 89 So We sent it down to the partitioners, 90 and who have broken the Scripture into fragments -- 91 by your Lord, We shall question them all 92 About what they used to do. 93 Therefore proclaim openly (Allah's Message Islamic Monotheism) that which you are commanded, and turn away from Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, and disbelievers, etc. - see V. 2:105). 94 Surely We suffice to deal with those who scoff at you, 95 Who set some other god along with Allah. But they will come to know. 96 We do indeed know how thy heart is distressed at what they say. 97 But hymn the praise of thy Lord, and be of those who make prostration (unto Him). 98 and worship your Lord until the last moment (of your life) that will most certainly come. 99
