The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the night when it envelopeth, 1 and by the day as it appears radiantly, 2 and by that (Power) which created the male and female, 3 Lo! your effort is dispersed (toward divers ends). 4 So he who gives (in charity) and fears (Allah), 5 And believed the best matter to be true 6 Unto him therefore We shall indeed make easy the path to ease. 7 But he who does not give and is unconcerned, 8 And denied the best matter, 9 We will ease him toward difficulty. 10 his wealth shall not avail him when he perishes. 11 Surely, in Our hands is guidance, 12 And to Us belong the End and the Beginning. 13 I have now warned you of a Blazing Fire, 14 None shall reach it but those most unfortunate ones 15 Who denied (the truth) and turned away. 16 Far removed from it will be the righteous 17 Those who spend their wealth for increase in self-purification, 18 not as payment for any favours that he received, 19 Except as seeking (to fulfil) the purpose of his Lord Most High. 20 surely, he shall be satisfied. 21
True are the words of God the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
