And this Qur'an is a revelation from the Lord of all the worlds, 192 the Faithful Spirit has brought it down 193 Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners - 194 In plain Arabic speech. 195 And indeed it is mentioned in the earlier Books. 196 And has it not been a sign to them that it is recognized by the scholars of the Children of Israel? 197 And had We revealed it unto any of the non-Arabs, 198 In order that he read it to them, even then they would not have believed in it. 199 In this wise have We made way for it into the hearts of the culprits. 200 They will not believe in it until they see the painful punishment. 201 so that it will come upon them suddenly, while they are not aware, 202 Then they will say: Are we to be reprieved? 203 What! do they still seek to hasten on Our punishment? 204 Hast thou then seen, if We content them for (long) years, 205 Yet there comes to them at length the (Punishment) which they were promised! 206 (How) that wherewith they were contented naught availeth them? 207 And never did We destroy a township, but it had its warners 208 By way of reminder, and We have never been unjust. 209 And the devils have not brought the revelation down. 210 they are not supposed to do so. Nor do have they the ability for such a task. 211 Truly, they are expelled from hearing. 212 So do not call upon another god with Allah, lest you should be one of those who are punished. 213 And warn thy tribe of near kindred, 214 And be kind and humble to the believers who follow you. 215 If they do not obey you, tell them: "I am not responsible for what you do." 216 And put your trust in the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful, 217 who can see whether you stand up 218 and when you turn among those who prostrate themselves. 219 Lo! He, only He, is the Hearer, the Knower. 220 Shall I inform you (O people!) upon whom the Shayatin (devils) descend? 221 They descend upon every lying, sinful one, 222 The satans try to listen to the heavens but many of them are liars. 223 As for the poets, only those who go astray follow them. 224 Have you not seen that they wander distract in every valley, 225 and say things which they do not act upon, 226 Except those who believe and do the right, and remember God a great deal, who retaliate only when they have been wronged. Yet the oppressors will now come to know through what reversals they will be overthrown! 227
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
