The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
