Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel! remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil My covenant, and I shall fulfil your covenant, and Me alone shall ye dread. 40 And believe in what I have sent down confirming what is with you, and do not be the first to disbelieve it. Do not sell My verses for a little price and fear Me. 41 Do not confound truth with falsehood, nor knowingly hide the truth while you know. 42 Attend to your prayers, give the zakat [prescribed alms] and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason? 44 And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah] 45 Who bear in mind the certainty that they are to meet their Lord, and that they are to return to Him. 46
