The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 The food of the sinner! 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 Seize him, then drag him down into the middle of the hell; 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They shall not taste death except the death in this world. And Allah will save them from the chastisement of Hell 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
