Saad 5 of 5
Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Almighty, the All-Forgiving!" 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 Whence ye turn away! 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 it has only been revealed to me that I am a plain warner." 70 When thy Lord said to the angels, 'See, I am creating a mortal of a clay. 71 So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." 72 The angels fell down prostrate, every one, 73 except iblis (satan, the father of the jinn), he became too proud, for he was one of the unbelievers. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 And verily My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Requital, 78 (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are raised." 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 He said: "By Your authority, I will lead them astray, 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 and after a while you shall know its news' 88

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
