Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (Winds) that scatter broadcast; 1 by the clouds which are heavily loaded with water, 2 Then by oath of those which move with ease. 3 And those who distribute (blessings) by command, 4 What you are promised is certainly true: 5 and the Day of Judgment will inevitably take place. 6 By the heaven full of paths, 7 Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran). 8 Turned aside therefrom is who is turned aside. 9 Accursed be the conjecturers 10 who flounder in the depths of ignorance. 11 They ask: When is the day of judgment? 12 [It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire 13 "Taste your trial. This is what you sought to hasten." 14 Surely the God-fearing will find themselves in the midst of gardens and springs. 15 They shall receive what their Lord will bestow on them. They have done good works in the past, 16 Little of the night they were wont to slumber. 17 And in the dawns they prayed for forgiveness. 18 In whose wealth the suppliant and the deprived had a share. 19 And in the earth there are signs for those who are sure, 20 And (also) in yourselves. Can ye then not see? 21 And in heaven is [the source of] your sustenance [on earth] and [of] all that you are promised [for your life after death]: 22 And by the Lord of the heavens and the earth, it is the truth, even as (it is true) that ye speak. 23
