Al-Teen
The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the fig and the olive! 1 And [by] Mount Sinai 2 And by this city of security (Makkah). 3 That We created man of finest possibilities, 4 and thereafter We reduce him to the lowest of low 5 Save those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds, then they shall have a reward without end (Paradise). 6 What then shall cry thee lies as to the Doom? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest of all sovereigns? 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
