In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 I swear by the Quran full of wisdom 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 on a Straight Way, 4 The sending down of the Mighty, the Most Merciful 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and so were heedless. 6 The sentence is surely justified against most of them, for they do not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that they cannot bow their heads 8 And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not. 9 The same is it to them whether thou admonish them or thou do not admonish them: they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Verily, We give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before (them), and their traces [their footsteps and walking on the earth with their legs to the mosques for the five compulsory congregational prayers, Jihad (holy fighting in Allah's Cause) and all other good and evil they did, and that which they leave behind], and all things We have recorded with numbers (as a record) in a Clear Book. 12

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
