By those that pluck out vehemently 1 And by those who gently draw out the souls of the blessed, 2 and float [through space] with floating serene, 3 and those that outstrip suddenly 4 Then those who regulate the affair. 5 On the Day the blast [of the Horn] will convulse [creation], 6 The second blowing of the Trumpet follows it (and everybody will be raised up), 7 (Some) hearts that Day will shake with fear and anxiety. 8 while eyes will be downcast. 9 They say: Shall we indeed be restored to (our) first state? 10 "Even after we are crumbled bones?" 11 They will say: 'Then we are returned lost' 12 But verily, it will be but a single (Compelling) Cry, 13 And lo! they all shall appear on the surface. 14 Did the news of Moosa reach you? 15 Lo! His Sustainer called out to him in the twice-hallowed valley: 16 and directed him: “Go to Pharaoh, he has rebelled, 17 and say: "Will you purify yourself, 18 Do you want me to guide you to your Lord, so that you should fear Him?'" 19 He showed him the mighty sign, 20 Yet he belied and disobeyed. 21 and hastily turned away, 22 and gathered his people and declared: 23 and proclaimed, and he said, 'I am your Lord, the Most High!' 24 Thereupon Allah seized him for the chastisement of the World to Come as well as of the present. 25 Indeed in this is a lesson for one who fears. 26
