Al-Ankaboot 6 of 7
Say: Allah is sufficient as a witness between me and you; He knows what is in the heavens and the earth. And (as for) those who believe in the falsehood and disbelieve in Allah, these it is that are the losers. 52 They ask thee to hasten on the Punishment (for them): had it not been for a term (of respite) appointed, the Punishment would certainly have come to them: and it will certainly reach them,- of a sudden, while they perceive not! 53 They demand of thee to hasten the chastisement! Lo, Gehenna encompasses the unbelievers. 54 They will be told on the Day of Judgment, when the torment will surround them from all sides, "Suffer the consequences of your deeds." 55 O My servants who believe, surely My earth is wide; therefore Me do you serve! 56 Every soul shall taste death and then to Us you shall return. 57 And those who believe and work righteous works - them We shall surely settle in lofty dwellings of the Garden whereunder the rivers flow; they shall be abiders therein. Excellent is the hire of the workers. 58 those who are patient, and put their trust in their Lord. 59 How many living things there are on the earth that do not Store their food; God provides them as well as you. He is all-hearing and all-knowing. 60 And wert thou to ask them: who hath created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon? They would surely say: Allah. How then are they deviating? 61 God increases the means of those of His creatures as He please, or limits them for whomsoever He will. He is certainly cognisant of everything. 62 If you were to ask them: “Who sent down water from the sky and therewith revived the earth after its death?” they will certainly say: “Allah.” Say: “To Allah alone be praise and thanks.” But most people do not understand. 63
