And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
