"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)? 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
