۞ People, it is you who are in need of Allah. He is the Rich, the Praised. 15 If He so wills, He can do away with you and bring forth a new mankind [in your stead]: 16 And that is for Allah not difficult. 17 And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden soul calls [another] to [carry some of] its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he should be a close relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord unseen and have established prayer. And whoever purifies himself only purifies himself for [the benefit of] his soul. And to Allah is the [final] destination. 18 The blind and the sighted are not equal, 19 Nor are the depths of Darkness and the Light; 20 nor shade and heat 21 Nor alike are the living and the dead. Verily Allah maketh whomsoever He listeth to hear and thou canst not make them hear who are in the graves. 22 You are purely a Herald of Warning. 23 Lo! We have sent thee with the Truth, a bearer of glad tidings and a warner; and there is not a nation but a warner hath passed among them. 24 And if they call you a liar, so did those before them indeed call (their apostles) liars; their apostles had come to them with clear arguments, and with scriptures, and with the illuminating book. 25 Then I took hold of those who disbelieved. So how terrible was My disapproval! 26
