Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So be not impatient over them. We only count out to them a [limited] number. 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 And each of them is to come to Him on the Day of Judgment alone. 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
