Say, "God is sufficient as a witness between me and you. He knows all that is in the heavens and the earth." Those who have faith in falsehood and disbelieve in God are certainly lost. 52 And they ask you to hasten on the chastisement; and had not a term been appointed, the chastisement would certainly have come to them; and most certainly it will come to them all of a sudden while they will not perceive. 53 They bid thee hasten on the doom, when lo! hell verily will encompass the disbelievers 54 On the Day whereon the torment shall cover them from above them and from underneath their feet, and He shall say: taste that which ye have been working! 55 O YOU servants of Mine who have attained to faith! Behold, wide is Mine earth: worship Me, then, Me alone! 56 Every soul must taste of death, then to Us you shall be brought back. 57 And those who believed and did good deeds – indeed We will, surely, place them on high positions in Paradise beneath which rivers flow, abiding in it for ever; what an excellent reward of the performers! 58 who remained steadfast and put their trust in their Lord! 59 There are many living creatures which do not carry their sustenance, but God provides them and you with sustenance. He is All-hearing and All-knowing. 60 And if thou wert to ask them: Who created the heavens and the earth, and constrained the sun and the moon (to their appointed work)? they would say: Allah. How then are they turned away? 61 God increases the sustenance of whichever of His servants He wants and He determines their share. God has the knowledge of all things. 62 And if you ask them, “Who sent down the water from the sky, and with it revived the earth after its death?”, they will surely say, “Allah”; proclaim, “All praise is to Allah”; in fact most of them do not have any sense. 63
