The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By those (angels) that pluck out the soul from depths, 1 And who softly release the soul. (Of the believer) 2 And [by] those who glide [as if] swimming 3 and those that outstrip suddenly 4 Then those who regulate the affair. 5 One Day everything that can be in commotion will be in violent commotion, 6 to be followed by further [convulsions], 7 Many a heart will flutter on that day! 8 Unable to lift their gaze. 9 The disbelievers say, “Will we really return to our former state?” 10 After having turned to carious bones?" 11 They say: "It would in that case, be a return with loss!" 12 But all it will take is a single blast, 13 and behold! They will all come out in the open. 14 Has there reached you the story of Moses? - 15 When his Lord called him in the sacred valley of Tuwa, 16 saying 'Go to Pharaoh, he has become exceedingly insolent, 17 and say to him: 'Are you willing to be purified, 18 And I will guide you to your Lord so that you should fear. 19 Then did (Moses) show him the Great Sign. 20 But he rejected (the truth) and disobeyed. 21 Then turned he away in haste, 22 then he mustered 23 and proclaimed, and he said, 'I am your Lord, the Most High!' 24 you pay attention 25 Indeed in this is a lesson for one who fears. 26

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
