And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
