The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 On that Day mankind will proceed in bands, that they may be shewn their works. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
