۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 (This Quran) is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 Can you not bring him back? (Answer) if you are truthful 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
