3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
