The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 and those who drive away [the wicked] with reproof 2 And by oath of the groups that read the Qur’an. 3 Verily your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the stars 6 and have made them secure against every rebellious, satanic force, 7 so they cannot listen to the High Assembly, for they are pelted from every side. 8 To make them flee, and for them is a never-ending punishment. 9 Save him who snatcheth a fragment, and there pursueth him a piercing flame. 10 Ask them thou: are they stronger in structure or those others whom We have created? Verily We! We have created them of a sticky clay. 11 Rather you are surprised, whereas they keep mocking. 12 and, when reminded, do not remember 13 and when they see a miracle, they mock 14 it and say, "It is only plain magic". 15 “When we are dead and have turned into dust and bones, will we certainly be raised again?” 16 What, and our fathers, the ancients?' 17 Say, "You will certainly be brought back to life in disgrace". 18 For it is only a single scaring, then behold, they are watching 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 (It will be said): "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny." 21
