Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 and removed your burden 2 which had been a heavy weight upon your back 3 And exalted your fame? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Lo! with hardship goeth ease; 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
