Al-Hijjr 4 of 6
But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 And that My doom is the dolorous doom. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said: "Do not feel afraid, for we give you the good news of a wise boy." 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 "Other than his wife who, it is decreed, will remain with those who will stay behind." 60

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
