In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Since the Quraysh became accustomed, 1 Their covenants (covering) journeys by winter and summer,- 2 So let them serve the Lord of this House 3 It is He who has fed them when they were hungry and has made them secure from fear. 4

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
