[But,] verily for the God-conscious there is supreme fulfilment in store: 31 luxuriant gardens and vinyards, 32 And voluptuous women of equal age; 33 And a full cup. 34 No empty talk will they hear in that [paradise,] nor any lie. 35 [All this will be] a reward from thy Sustainer, a gift in accordance with [His Own] reckoning 36 From the Lord of the heavens and the earth and of whatsoever is in between them, the Compassionate with Whom they can demand not audience. 37 Upon the day when the Spirit and the angels stand in ranks they shall speak not, save him to whom the All-merciful has given leave, and who speaks aright. 38 That will be the Day of the Truth. So let those who want seek refuge from their Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
