Al-A 'araaf 8 of 24
And We sent Noah to his people; and he said, 'O my people, serve God! You have no god other' than He; truly, I fear for you the chastisement of a dreadful day.' 59 The leaders of his people said, “Indeed we see you in open error.” 60 'I am not in error, my nation' he replied. 'I am a Messenger from the Lord of the Worlds 61 I deliver to you the Messages of my Lord, and I advise you sincerely; for I know from God that you know not. 62 Does it seem strange to you that a reminder from your Lord should be sent to a man, from among you, to warn you so that you might receive mercy?" 63 But they called him a liar, and We saved him and those with him in the Ark, and drowned the others who rejected Our signs, for they were a people purblind. 64
