Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

(Muhammad), say, "I seek protection from the Lord of the Dawn 1 "From the evil of what He has created; 2 "and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends, 3 "And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, 4 And from the evil of an envier when he envies." 5

Almighty God's Truth.
