O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease and the raisers of commotion in Madina desist not, We shall surely set thee up against them; thenceforth they shall not be suffered to neighbour thee therein except for a little while. 60 cursed they shalt be, and wheresoever they are come upon they shall be seized and slaughtered all -- 61 This has been Allah's Way with those who have gone before, and you shall find no change in Allah's Way. 62 Men ask thee of the Hour. Say: The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What can convey (the knowledge) unto thee? It may be that the Hour is nigh. 63 Verily, God has rejected the deniers of the truth, and has readied for them a blazing fire, 64 therein they shall abide for ever. They shall find none to protect or help them. 65 The Day that their faces will be turned upside down in the Fire, they will say: "Woe to us! Would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger!" 66 They will say: "O our Lord, we obeyed our leaders and the elders, but they only led us astray. 67 O our Lord! give them a double punishment and curse them with a great curse. 68
