The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
