We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
