Also, remember Our worshiper Job. He called out to his Lord, (saying): 'satan has afflicted me with harm and pain' 41 (Allah said to him): "Strike the ground with your foot: This is a spring of water to wash in, cool and a (refreshing) drink." 42 And We granted to him his family and also the like of them, as a mercy from Us, and as a reminder to people of understanding, 43 And (it was said unto him): Take in thine hand a branch and smite therewith, and break not thine oath. Lo! We found him steadfast, how excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (to his Lord). 44 Remember Our servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob -- possessors of strength and vision. 45 Lo! We purified them with a pure thought, remembrance of the Home (of the Hereafter). 46 They are the chosen ones, the excellent in Our sight. 47 And remember Isma'il (Ishmael), Al-Yasa'a (Elisha), and Dhul-Kifl (Isaiah), all are among the best. 48 This is an admonition, and verily for the God-fearing is a happy retreat: 49 They will enter gardens of Eden with their gates open for them. 50 Reclining within them, they will call therein for abundant fruit and drink. 51 ۞ They will have bashful wives of equal age with them. 52 All this is what you are promised for the Day of Judgement. 53 Most surely this is Our sustenance; it shall never come to an end; 54 But the arrogant will have the worst return: 55 Hell! Where they will burn, and worst (indeed) is that place to rest! 56 This (shall be so); so let them taste it, boiling and intensely cold (drink). 57 And other similar torments. 58 Their leaders will be told, "This band will also be thrown headlong with you into hell." Their leaders will exclaim, "May condemnation fall upon them! Let them suffer the torment of fire". 59 They will say to them, "You are not welcome! It was you who brought this on us, an evil place to stay," 60 They will say: 'Our Lord, give those who brought this upon us double the punishment of the Fire' 61 But why is it that we cannot see men whom we had considered as wicked 62 and whom we mocked? Have they been rescued or can our eyes not find them?" 63 That most surely is the truth: the contending one with another of the inmates of the fire. 64
