Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and lifted from thee the burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8
Almighty God's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
