Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Gross rivalry diverts you, 1 Until you confronted the graves. 2 But you will soon come to know. 3 Indeed you will come to know soon. 4 Yes certainly, if you had believed with certainty, you would not have craved for wealth. 5 you would indeed, most surely, behold the blazing fire [of hell]! 6 Again, indeed you will see it with certainty. 7 Then, on that Day, ye shall surely be asked of the delights. 8

Almighty Allah's Truth.
