Say: O my Lord! if Thou shouldst make me see what they are threatened with: 93 Then do not, O Lord, put me among the sinners." 94 And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best Aware of that which they allege. 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 I seek refuge in You lest they come to me." 98 (In Falsehood will they be) Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: "O my Lord! send me back (to life),- 99 Haply I may do good in that which I have left. By no means! it is a (mere) word that he speaks; and before them is a barrier until the day they are raised. 100 When the trumpet is blown, on that Day there will be no ties of relationship between them; neither will they ask about one another: 101 Then those whose scales are heavy, they are the successful. 102 And the ones whose scales prove light – it is they who put their lives into ruin, remaining in hell forever. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted. 104 "Were not My messages read out to you? But you denied them." 105 They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray. 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 He shall say: Go away into it and speak not to Me; 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 “Indeed this day I have rewarded them for their endurance, so that it is they who are the successful.” 111 Then Allah will ask them: "For how many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He will say: 'You have tarried a little, did you know? 114 Did you, then, think that We created you in mere idle play, and that you would not have to return to Us?" 115 So Exalted be Allah, the True King, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne! 116 Hence, he who invokes, side by side with God, any other deity - [a deity] for whose existence he has no evidence - shall but find his reckoning with his Sustainer: [and,] verily, such deniers of the truth will never attain to a happy state! 117 And say: 'My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for Thou art the best of the merciful.' 118
