Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 when their brother Noah said to them, 'Will you not be godfearing? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am nothing but a plain warner." 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
