The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Do they not look at the earth, how We caused a variety of fine vegetation to grow from it (in abundance)? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
