The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says: What has befallen her? 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
