The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
