۞ O men, it is you who stand in need of God. As for God, He is above all need, worthy of praise. 15 He could take you away if He pleased and bring a new creation (in your place). 16 That is not a hard thing for Allah. 17 No one will bear the burden of another. Even if an overburdened soul should ask another to bear a part of his burden, no one, not even a relative, will do so. (Muhammad), you can only warn those who have fear of their Lord without seeing Him and who are steadfast in prayer. Whoever purifies himself, does so for his own good. To God do all things return. 18 Not equal are the blind and the seeing, 19 nor darkness and light; 20 Nor are the shade and the heat, 21 And not equal are the living and the dead. Indeed, Allah causes to hear whom He wills, but you cannot make hear those in the graves. 22 Thou art naught but a warner. 23 We have sent you with the Truth to proclaim good news and to warn. Never has there been a nation but a warner came to it. 24 And if they deny thee, those before them also denied. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), and with the Psalms and the Scripture giving light. 25 [but] in the end I took to task all those who were bent on denying the truth: and how awesome was My rejection! 26
