The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Woe unto every backbiter, slanderer, 1 Who amasses wealth and hordes it. 2 thinking that his property will make him live forever. 3 Nay, he shall be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 Fire of Allah, Kindled, 6 Which mounteth up to the hearts. 7 Lo! it is closed in on them 8 in endless columns! 9

Almighty Allah's Truth.
