The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. 1 no soul will deny its coming. 2 Abasing exalting. 3 When the earth is shaken with a shaking [severe,] 4 and the mountains fragmented 5 Turned to dust, floating in the air, 6 And you become [of] three kinds: 7 Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 And those who surpassed have indeed excelled. 10 These will be those Nearest to Allah: 11 In gardens of bliss [will they dwell] 12 a host of the ancients 13 And a few of those (foremost) will be from the later time (generations). 14 They will recline on jewelled couches 15 reclining on them facing each other; 16 immortal youths shall go about them 17 Cups and decanters, beakers full of sparkling wine, 18 Wherefrom they get no aching of the head nor any madness, 19 And fruit of what they select 20 and the meat of any bird that they may desire; 21 And companions with big beautiful eyes 22 as the likeness of hidden pearls, 23 As reward for what they used to do. 24 They will not hear any unnecessary or sinful talk 25 but only the tiding of inner soundness and peace. 26 The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 27 Midst lote-trees thornless. 28 and banana trees, 29 Lengthened shadows, 30 and flowing water, 31 and fruits in abundance, 32 never-failing and never out of reach. 33 And [with them will be their] spouses, raised high: 34 Indeed We formed them (the houris and all believing women), 35 Then We have made them virgins, 36 chaste, loving companions of the same age 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
