Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day mankind will proceed in bands, that they may be shewn their works. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
